Does God still heal?
Does He care about our physical, spiritual and emotional health? Many
have debated questions like these in theological circles for years, however in
moments of need almost everyone calls on God for help. This weekend
at Crossroads Church in Cranberry we will be taking some time to look at this
issue of healing. How should we pray for those in need? Should I
ask for what I desire or for God's will? How can I be better equipped to
serve in these situations? Join us Sunday morning as we hear from guest
speaker Jim Hylton and explore this mind-streaching issue together.
all of us are searching in life. we search for love, for excitement, for meaning and purpose. insights is a collection of my thoughts as I pass through on my journey. it is my hope that through insights that many of us can begin the journey that will eventually lead us home.

A Brand New Life: Escaping the Performance Trap
When asked about success,
former NFL star Brett Favre once said, “You are only as good as your last
pass!” For Brett and many successful
athletes the pressure to perform is the driving force that leads them to
excel. Many of us can relate to this
pressure; at work, at home, or at recreation. Many of us are driven to be the
best in whatever we do.
So what role does performance play in
our pursuit of God? Is there a list of things I need to do in
order to be accepted by God? Am I good
enough?
This week at Crossroads Church in Cranberry, we will
be continuing our series entitled, A Brand New Life. We will be looking at the underserved
goodness that God extends to us and how we should respond to this in our daily
lives.
Join us this Sunday at
10:30am.
